Shipping Information

Packages are shipped within 1-3 business days of your processed payment. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. MST. We are off on all major holidays. So unless discussed ahead of time, items are only shipped Monday-Friday. Orders after 5pm Friday will not be processed till Monday.

Return/Exchange policy

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: Unfortunately, due to the nature of these products, we cannot offer a guaranteed return policy. There will be NO RETURNS on any items with the exception of items found to be damaged or defective, and to be determined on a “case-by-case” basis only.

If the product you received is in fact damaged or was sent by mistake, we will gladly do our best to fix the problem (please always feel free to contact us). If for any reason you are simply unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving products so that we can do our best to correct any problems.

Please read each product fully before buying. We give detailed descriptions for each product. However if you are still unsure about the scent, we offer smaller sample sizes for many products that you can try first with less cost investment.

Our concrete vessels are each hand made right here at the Homestead. Each vessel will be unique and no two are ever the same!
