Shipping policy
SHIPPING ADDRESS: *Paypal Customers*I will always ship to the address provided on PayPal! If there is a specific address other than Paypal you would prefer me to ship to please let me know at checkout. I cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses. This is your responsibility alone. Please ensure your Paypal is current.
SHIPPING TIMES: I will always do my very best to have packages shipped within 1-3 business days of your processed payment. My hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. MST. I am off on all major holidays. So unless discussed ahead of time, items are only shipped Monday-Friday. Orders after 5pm Friday will not be processed till Monday.
SHIPPING RATES: I ship using USPS. Packages weighing 13 ounces or less will ship First Class Mail. Anything over 13 ounces will ship Priority Mail. I will utilize the flat rate shipping boxes whenever possible. For US buyers: If you are buying multiple items, I will gladly pack as much into “USPS Flat Rate” as I can fit.
INSURANCE: Currently, I do not offer insurance unless requested ahead of time. Insurance is completely optional and at the buyer’s expense. However, if you are buying a large number of products, I recommend the purchase of insurance.
CUSTOMS FEES: All international customers are responsible for any additional fees that may be incurred by their country's customs office.
