Refund policy

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: Unfortunately, due to the nature of these products, I cannot offer a guaranteed return policy. There will be NO RETURNS on any items with the exception of items found to be damaged or defective, and to be determined on a “case-by-case” basis only.

If the product you received is in fact damaged or was sent by mistake, I will gladly do my best to fix the problem (please always feel free to contact me). If for any reason you are simply unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of receiving products so that I can do my best to correct any problems.

Please read each product fully before buying. I do my best to give descriptions for each product. However if you are still unsure about the scent, I offer smaller sizes for many of my products that you can try first with less cost investment.
