Shipping Information

Packages are shipped within 1-3 business days of your processed payment. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. MST. We are off on all major holidays. So unless discussed ahead of time, items are only shipped Monday-Friday. Orders after 5pm Friday will not be processed till Monday.

Return/Exchange policy

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: Unfortunately, due to the nature of these products, we cannot offer a guaranteed return policy. There will be NO RETURNS on any items with the exception of items found to be damaged or defective, and to be determined on a “case-by-case” basis only.

If the product you received is in fact damaged or was sent by mistake, we will gladly do our best to fix the problem (please always feel free to contact us). If for any reason you are simply unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving products so that we can do our best to correct any problems.

So luxurious!

This chapstick is so luxurious and smooth with just the right amount of scent that’s not too overpowering, but smells divine… just like a caramel apple! You won’t be disappointed adding this to your cart. I always have it with me to use at work and it just puts a smile on my face whenever I use it.

This is a new favorite! The apple smells bright and refreshing and the caramel smells smooth and buttery. The combination is perfection! As always the balm is smooth and hydrating and I love that the packaging is plastic free! I can’t say enough good things about Emily’s products!!
